____ Bankruptcy Papers showing discharge date

____ Lease agreements for all rental properties

____ Copy of offer to purchase along with copy of earnest money check if applicable

____ Proof of Child support payment, whether you receive or pay it.

____ Awards letter, along with proof of SSI or Disability payments received

____ Letter of explanation in regards to past, present and future credit history
